Have any of you looked for and found or started support groups in your area?  If you started a support group, can you tell me what procedures you went through?  I am thinking of starting a support group here in my area, so that federal employees will have help realizing this all takes time, and they are not alone.  Thanks,

This is a great idea. I don't know of any in my area but I sure wish there were.
