Freeage, just to clarify, Cmorebutt is not only NOT in management, but has never worked for the Federal govt. He has been on the board many times using different screen names, like Overpaid and Lazyfed, and just undermines people who are trying to understand and assert their rights. The only behind he kisses is his own.

Thanks, I've only had PACER for a few months, and will use it.
One of my cases was remanded on the administrative judge's orders and on the first timely request for reconsideration ("RFR"); it's time, per the OFO's solicitation, for a 2nd RFR.
