Besides the obvious differences between CCAs and Pses, why do I keep seeing posts about people making predictions that some CCAs will make regulars real soon. What language in the CCA leads people to believe this? Pse contract also state that they have a career path. Yet it's been almost 2 years and I believe no pses have been converted. Also correct me if I am wrong alot of ptf carriers have been ptfs for a long time and management didn't want to convert them. Ptfs are career employees the only real difference between ptfs an regulars are that ptfs are "flexible." My point is that if management didn't want to convert ptfs to regulars and came up with stuff like abolishing bids/assignments, then what makes people think that they will convert CCAs quickly? Someone educate me lol. What am I missing?

I don't see it anytime soon. How many TE were converted regardless of the wording? Did any TE ever find a way?
