Does anyone know roughly how often the Securities and Exchange Commission SK pay scale gives the equivalent of step increases to its employees?

I'm currently in a GS position and like the predictability of step increases. I'm in the running for a job at SEC; it pays a little more, but the SEC pay scale doesn't appear to be listed anywhere online. So I have no clue what the steps are or how often the agency typically gives folks a raise.

Thanks for any info.Nerdles2013-03-09 17:28:07
