I logged into Lite Blue to see what my pay check will look like this week. I was looking around the site and choose the Ejob bidding section for giggles. Of course I can not bid on any jobs as a CCA but, I noticed this-

CITY CARRIER ASSISTANT 2

Welcome to the USPS Job Bidding System.

Now available every day, 24 hours a day, including holidays!

Possibly a mistake on the Liteblue site? My pay scale is at CCA 1. Should I bring it up to my shop steward or?

There's no difference in pay from a CCA 1 and a CCA 2. Back in April I think I got a notice that I was switched to a cca2 because my district was over the limit for cca1s. I talked to my postmaster and my union president before it was determined that the pay is only different between a CCA 1 or 2 and a CCA TECH 1 or 2. Sorry to burst your bubble, I thought I was entitled to something too at the time but no.....

That is what I thought. The only bubbles you can burst are the ones on the bottom of my feet. I was looking at the NALC PDF and thought hmm...

Yea I know I had print outs n was ready to file for back pay and everything but was quite disappointed. The USPS seems to try to screw u in any way to save a buck so I'm quick to ***** when I think something's not right, especially since the end of the TEs and that nice pay. I'm a former te & they had screwed up my pay by having me at $15 instead of the $16.25. i threw a fit and refused to work until it got straightened out, which didn't even take a day.
