I'm trying to access my online personnel file on liteblue.

As far as I can tell I'm doing everything right but it still won't load!

Here's what it says you have to have on your computer to access your eOPF...

*eOPF is compatible with Internet Explorer v6.0/ v7.0/ v8.0/ v9.0/ v10.0. eOPF requires Adobe 7.0 or higher. eOPF is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer 11. Firefox and Chrome are not currently supported.

So I have IE 10, and I have Adobe 7.0 or higher. In fact I have Adobe Acrobat Reader 11. The latest version.

But when I go to log in I get denied with the following message...

This application requires Acrobat Reader. Please download the latest version from Adobe.com

So what the hell!

Does USPS not want us to be able to log into personnel files or something?

Anyone know the sure fire way in?

Thanks!

I get into eOPF using Safari (5.1.10) and Adobe (not sure if it is using 9 or 11 as both are on my computer). I'm on a Mac so this might not help.

Thanks purple2 for your reply.

I'm on a PC, but I downloaded Safari to try that out, and even with that I had no luck getting in. When I tried accessing it this time I got an error message about needing Java, which I also have and I did check to see if it's enabled in my Safari browser and it is.

Pretty f'in stupid that that USPS makes it so difficult to be able to access your personnel file.

I just logged into my eOPF with IE11 with no problem, so it will work, don't know how to help you though :(

I tried IE11 the first time since that's what I have. But couldn't get in, and I had thought I couldn't since lite blue says you can't get in with IE11. So I downgraded to IE10 and still can't get in. :(

Thanks vet for the help.

I just tried that with IE10, and actually completely disabled the pop up blocker in IE and I still can't get into my eOPF. :(

I've tried all the following browsers and still can't get into my damn eOPF.

IE10, IE11, latest version of Opera, latest version of Chrome, latest version of Firefox, and for each try with each browser I made sure Java was enabled and also made sure Acrobat Reader was enabled.

I'm thinking my next option will be trying to downgrade to a lower version of Reader from the latest version, 11.

Maybe I'll try 7 or 8 I guess.

Just get a MAC. Life is better with a MAC. And you can then put that pretentious white APPLE sticker on your car and look down your nose at "Internet Explorer" users.

It's gotta be a "you" or "your computer" thing, since everyone else seems to be able to do it quickly. I just did.

Let's review.

1) Log in with EIN

2) Password is the "new" password you set up, not the old PIN
If you're going through Hell, keep going.

Yup it was my computer. I uninstalled Adobe Reader 11 and installed 10 and can get into my eOPF np's now using IE10.

USPS needs to get with the frickin program and update their damn site to reflect this problem though.
