I admire your persistence. Like many others here. I find it tough to believe you can win this, but yes, we should all use the justice system to seek what we believe to be justice.
I don't find it tough to believe you can win because your position is incorrect, but I believe the justice system is slanted in favor of the powerful, and the IRS and in this case local tax departments are certainly powerful, and judges at all levels do seem to give them the benefit of the doubt more often than I believe they should.
I always read your posts with great interest.
