Got my conditional, still waiting on my eQip and my medical.

I'm currently undergoing my 10-year with DHS, so I'm willing to bet it'll be the fastest turnaround for an 86 submission that DEA's ever seen.

@Gatekeeper. Thank you. I see it mentioned in my announcement on USAJOBS but it does not give details. I guess I overlooked it when signing the MA.

From my understanding, the way it usually goes is that if the agency initiates the action in any way, even if it's a solicitation for transfers, the agency covers it. If you go looking for offices with vacancies to transfer to, the agency can decide if they're going to cover it. Again, it's just the way I understand it, and I could be wrong.

Anyone personally reach out to your assigned HR/Recruiter(s)?

I haven't heard from them... Sent some updates cause I got a new mailing address but haven't gotten a response so I sent it all to HRRD email instead.

I assume they're all busy and as long as there is email communication, should be OK?

I recently reached out to mine because I still haven't received my conditional offer and onboarding paperwork. I never got a response so I called HR directly. They told me that I am just waiting for the offer and that my HR rep is probably just inundated with a lot of work. I am going to try and reach out again today at some point and see if I can't get an answer to when I should expect to receive the paperwork and next steps.

To those it may concern and help:

I sent an email to my HR rep today and asked when I should expect to receive the tentative offer and onboarding paperwork. She said that I was sent the info on November 08, but I never received the email in my inbox. She said she would connect with the HR admin folks and make sure my email is correct and have them resend the offer and info. If you have not received your offer after you the email or phone call asking if you are still interested, I would recommend reaching out and making sure that your contact info is correct and if you were supposed to receive any correspondence.

Hope this helps anyone that is/was in my same position.

I did, multiple times. I checked my inbox, spam folders, and even my deleted messages to make sure. I never received anything.
