Happy Holidays to all! I was never contacted by a BI after I filled out the current equip in 6/20 and even after I sent in the updated form last month. I had a T5 done on me in 10/2018 for my current job. There hasn’t been too much change since then. Thanks, Stimpy. I haven't received an eQIP yet either. Patience continues....Lol
