Does anyone have a link to a chart of WG step increases and how long it takes to get them? Also I need to know if the time it takes to get them is based on a 40 hour work week, or is it just time in grade for part timers.
Go government!

Start at step 1. Six months later, step 2. 18 months later, step 3. 2 yrs later, step 4, then 2 years after that, step 5. You're all stepped out now! Total of 6 years from first day of step 1 to step 5. I don't have a link to any charts, but I was a WG employee for 27 years.

My experience is based on full-time employment of 40 hrs a week. I don't know how part-time might affect things. Probably doesn't, though. I believe temp employment does, though.
