Okay folks, just need your help real quick.
I used to be able to change my TSP percentage on the mypay site, but now I don't see it anymore.
I've also looked at the myBiz and EBIS sites and still can't figure out how to change my TSP percentage to be deducted from my pay.
I know that the actual TSP website allows your to change your allocations and such, but I don't think it has the option to change the percentage of pay deduction. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You might post this question on your agency specific board for more "eyes".

Have you called your agency HR to see if things have moved around?

I don't use myBiz and EBIS. So I can't answer your question.

You don't say what agency you work for.
I'm assuming somewhere in DoD, since you mention myBiz and EBIS. However, each agency within DoD has slightly different procedures.

-MyPay allows changes for TSP for SOME employee groups
-EBIS allows changes for TSP for most DoD civilians. Bear in mind that there are different web addresses for EBIS for each agency

Where do you work?

The last time I changed my TSP contribution percentages / amounts, I used EBIS as follows:

1. Log into EBIS, select "Transactions" from the horizonal menu bar at the top.
2. From the Transactions page, in the "TSP Current Coverage" section, select "Change".

Note that I use EBIS to specify HOW MUCH to contribute to TSP from my pay every 2 weeks (I believe you can also use the TSP-1 form on the TSP website if you don't want to do it electronically).

To change HOW it the money is allocated once it gets to TSP, I log into my TSP account and select "Contribution Allocations" under the "Online Transactions" section.

I didn't realize that EBIS was different depending on where you work, but this is how it works for me.

I see it in myPay still. I work for VA. On the main screen its listed under Pay Changes, the Traditional TSP and Roth TSP, click that, shows boxes to list a dollar amount or percentage. Hope that helps.
