I saw this thread in another forum and doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic so wanted to post here.

Are these replies serious? Are you really not supposed to use OIG or Office of Special Counsel?

Some improper stuff regarding procurements seems to be a pretty big deal to me. I just wanted to see what some of you felt.
