AFGE, who represents 650,000 Federal employees, has filed a suit in U.S. District Court in D.C. against the recent Executive Order restricting Official Time and prohibiting union representatives from assisting members with Grievances or other disciplinary actions. The lawsuit asks for an immediate injunction against implementation of this E.O.
