Social Security Administration

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is an independent agency of the United States federal government that administers Social Security, a social insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors' benefits. To qualify for these benefits, most American workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; future benefits are based on the employees' contributions. (Source: Wikipedia)

I just had my meet and deal interview and I thought it went perfectly until I am now going back over their website and I realized I answered one of the mock questions wrong! I answered the question as if they were asking about an original SS card, but I am pretty sure it was for a replacement.

I was pretty quickly responding to those mock caller questions while navigating the site and should have slowed down, I actually got another one wrong but then caught it and corrected myself.

My resume, and situational questions I think I nailed, but now I see I got one of the four or five 'mock' caller questions wrong. Although I did add a lot of pleasant customer service into the 'mock' call.

Anyone care to state their experience with the meet and deal? Anyone not pass, or get one of the 'mock' questions? Are you evaluated overall on all of the questions?

Mine was over the phone.

I interviewed for Auburn, WA

Thanks for the input.

I don't know how they do it over there but in NY (Jamaica Queens especially) you know how well you did in the interview, they go outside discuss their notes, then they either walk you out of the building or walk you to get fingerprinted. I got a job with SSA out of state once, I had a phone interview and they put me on hold for a few minutes, came back on and told me they would Fedex fingerprint cards.
