The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is an agency of the United States Department of Justice that serves as both a federal criminal investigative body and an internal intelligence agency. The FBI has investigative jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crime.
Headquartered in Washington, DC, the FBI has over 55 field offices located throughout the USA as well as smaller units throughout the world.

Thank you! So it looks like August class. It sounds like everything before is filled already and actually it works out great timing wise, so super excited. It’s still hard to believe! I hope everyone else still waiting gets the call soon too!

I know this is older but I remembered it earlier today and wanted to share since some good points were highlighted: -they were anticipating 10k applicants from our hiring pool from having only 5k in 2017 -that classes are 160 agents and 40 analysts -interviews are put on hold until there are enough candidates for them to be there (which could explain midwesterners being delayed). https://www.fbi.gov/vide...analysts-041718.mp4/view |

Had I not asked, the assumption is just that no news is good news. About a week after she emailed me, I was contacted by an investigator so that also would’ve been a tip off I’d passed. |

The person who administered my poly said at the end that it looked good, but that HQ had the final say. I went on no news being good news until my first references were contacted about 2 months later.
