PTFS are guaranteed 40 hours before a cca is. Please see article 7 in the National Agreement .

I think IACCA had that covered.

It would also depend on the abilities, or possibly the stupidity, of the PTF. If the PTF gets done early, and a CCA is brought in and works the reporting guarantee, management would have no responsibility to give the PTF some of the CCA's work. Sending the CCA home with out working the reporting guarantee. Which should then be grieved to make the CCA whole.

And it should also follow the "letter carrier paragraph" in that
