Someone close to me has expressed a serious concerns about the way certain things are being handled at the current plant they work at. For instance, when they have pointed out fecal matter on a carcass the DVM has more or less just blew it off as "well that isn't enough to matter"... I don't know about you guys, but to me any amount of ***** on something that is going into the food supply is a BIG deal. They have written emails and sent them up the chain and have gotten ZERO response back, this is a person I trust 100% who has a very diverse background in animal sciences.

From what I understand this plant is already on a watch list for food borne illnesses because they have failed a bunch of tests.

I am not sure what advice to give this person on who they should be bringing these concerns to...

I know for a fact they have tried to work within the chain of command, but at this point I think maybe they should consider stepping up a few levels to see if someone is willing to listen.
