Advice on leaving federal service after 10 years of service? I'm in my late thirties and will be moving out of state to help with my parents' health issues and to consider a mid-career shift.

Insights on how to exit federal service with the best wrap-up actions, most class, most efficiency, least stressful last days/weeks, proper HR/badging/exit//TSP/paycheck protocols etc., and exiting gracefully and positively from my division and coworkers? I plan to give around 4 weeks notice. I'm a division project coordinator and acting director of one of the division's teams.
