Now I am furloughed, will I still get paycheck on time for the pay period December 9-22 ? Technically, the shutdown began on December 21 Friday midnight, while December 22 is pay period end date.

If the shutdown goes beyond January 6, will my Use or Lose leave hours be gone forever?

Thanks.

Yes, you'll receive your pay on the 31st. If you normally work on Saturday, it won't include any hours for the 22nd. It's up to the agency whether to restore your leave - OPM suggests leniency, since this lost time can fall under "exigency of public business". Good luck
