I was able to download my 1099 forms from tsp and opm.Is there a way a retired person can download his w2 from a website or not as I worked half of 2018 until retiring.I can not get on postal ease anymore.

no, once off postal rolls your access has been deleted.

you just have to wait it out.

I am in the same boat as the original poster. I retired in Oct 2019 but can't access my W-2 through the agency website. I assume it will be mailed? And that I might expect in to get to me around the end of January or early February?

everyone has until jan 31 to send out w-2 or 1099.
