In March of 2017 I filled out the SF86 for USBP and was notified that it was sent to the office of professional responsibility. I later failed the polygraph and was removed the process. I have now been offered a position that requires a Public Trust High Risk BI. Will I be able to obtain a copy of my SF86 so I can make sure there are no inconsistencies between the two forms, or are they discarded once you are removed from the process?
