Hello,

I was fired from TSA about 6-7 years ago. I worked for TSA for 10 years before being fired. I took all my TSP Money out due to needing it. My question is, since I worked for TSA for over 5 years will I still get a pension? I believe after 5 years you are vested.

Depending on the reason you were fired, you may or may not be eligible for a deferred annuity starting when you are age 62. You should contact the agency to see if you are eligible for a deferred annuity. If you are not, then you should ask for a refund of your FERS contributions.
