I just received SF 50s for an Individual Cash Award (NRB) and Individual Time Off Award. They are $1200 and 17 hours, respectively. This is down since the same time last year, when I received $1250 and 32 hours.

These are the only two years I have to compare so I'm wondering is the reason for this drop my performance? Normal fluctuations in the budget? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Could be a number of reasons, budget limitations are certainly possible.
The excuse of, "I read it on FederalSoup..." won't work. Please do your due diligence.

I'd bet it isn't an issue of your performance or your supervisor's feelings toward you but more of a change in policy or funding. You still did good.

(NRB) means it's a non-ratings based award, so it's not related to your performance.
