Hi Ed - we have a leave transfer program (not a bank). I understand that if an employee donates hours for a medical emergency the hours (or a percentage) are returned to the donor if not used by the recipient. How about if a medical emergency ends after a DONOR separates - does the Donor have to be tracked down to have the hours returned or paid out? Or can the hours, in this case, be distributed equally among active recipients? Thanks

The issue of what to do with leftover donated annual leave hours has to brought up with your Personnel or Human Resources Office.
