So I've heard State employees have this thing called FlexElect. The gist of it that I got is, if you are covered under someone else's health plan and won't be buying health insurance for yourself, the employer saves on the employer's side of premiums as well and will give you part of the money they save for you not buying it. Does anyone know if federal have a thing like this?
