Does anyone have a sense of what files transfer between agencies when undergoing a new clearance process? Currently, I hold an active SCI clearance with one agency and am undergoing a process for an initial SCI with another. My understanding is that the BI may transfer if it is within scope. However, would information from agency-specific suitability processing (psych/medical/poly) be transferred alongside the BI? Or are BI files treated separately from suitability files in the event of a security file transfer?

Thanks in advance!
