I have more than 100 USAjobs applications under my belt just in a couple of months.
Hawaii is my home of record. Currently stationed overseas(still US territory) but willing to relocate.
Lots of "you have been referred" emails but not 1 interview yet.
I have a BA in Business Administration, a Law Degree and a LLM.
I'm currently studying Contracting Law at Harvard EdX.
I'm schedule A disabled and I'm wondering if I shouldn't apply for jobs under it, maybe just for the "open public" instead?
Can anybody give me any tips in the right direction please?
Is there anything else I can do differently?
Am I doing something wrong?
I just want to work honestly.

Based on your other posts, I'm guessing you are applying to lower graded positions...that can hurt you based on your education. If you applied to a GS9 or below position in my office, I'd be hesitant to interview you as I'd expect you to leave within a year or so to a higher graded position. Start at GS11 and 12 positions. And your resume should be targeted toward the position you are looking for. (want a review of it, PM me).

You don't say what types of jobs you are applying to, and that could also be an issue if they deviate too far from your education.

You should have voted Cthulu...the greatest of all Evils
