My wife resigned and is eligible for FERS retirement (MRA).

Her current SCD date for retirement is currently incorrect. She has submitted missing SF-50s and NAF equivalent forms showing her start and end dates. Army ABC benefits says they can not see her record anymore and she should go through OPM.

If she submits for retirement, what are the chances that OPM will pull her archived documents and correct retire SCD date?

Or would be better to wait and keep pushing...OPM I guess at this point to correct her record before submitting for retirement?

Correction: Army ABC benefits said their system is currently down and can not see anyone's records ATM. Army ABC benefits is where she submitted SF50 forms -- through her HRO
