I would like to move back to the state of california but there are not many federal jobs there for what I do. There are many state jobs for my occupation in california. Has anyone ever worked for California and federal government? What is the difference? Which one has better benefits, salary, retirement, perks? I'd like to weigh my options before applying to california jobs. BTW, I already work for federal government.
