Apparently, i had made some contributions back in the early 2000s into my Military TSP (NOT BSR) while in the Reserves (and still serving in the Reserves). The amount is several thousand dollars.

I am also CIV employee with a CIV TSP. Is it possible to move the MIL TSP money into the CIV TSP?

Is there even any benefit of doing so? My logic is one account versus two. I dont expect to earn more or gain anything out of moving it other than consolidating into one account.

Thoughts?

Its up to the individual, I could not see any clear advantage to combining or keeping separate. I still have two separate accounts, even though I retired from the military some years back.
