I’m just incredibly curious, but why on earth does it take so long for anyone to get notice of an offer after the interview? I get you can’t send out not hired notice until someone accepts but I can’t think of any good reason why even the tentative offer take forever. If I give my selection to HR on day one, what are they doing between day 1 and anywhere from 30-60 days later?
