I also just got this email and had the same issues. I wonder if this was a glitch in the system... I emailed them and I am going to call them Sunday or Monday to see if this is legitimate or a mistake. ( I am seriously hoping it is real). Keep me updated if you hear anything back !! Until today. I received an email that seems to be the same vague one that has been mentioned here (entry-level; no specific position or location, no grade mentioned). However, I tried to follow the instructions in the email to schedule the interview (I was also given a deadline to do so), I just cannot find anywhere I could sign up, I went through my Dashboard multiple times, checked the job postings, application processing status...etc. but I just cannot figure out what I am missing. Also, the two attached documents that are needed to be signed and sent back are unavailable (404 - not found), so I can't even do that.
Have any of you got the same problem before?
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Thank you! It gives me a little peace of mind that I am not the only one. I am going to reach out to them, too (edit: I just sent an e-mail). Good luck to you, too! Edited by user Saturday, January 23, 2021 6:03:46 AM(UTC)

Hi everyone! I'm currently waiting to receive my SF 86 form (I've already got the information together, I'm just waiting for the form to be sent to me). How long after you accepted the CJO did you receive this form? For some clarification, I interviewed on 1/12, accepted CJO on 1/13. I received an email from my closest FO to confirm I live in a certain county (I confirmed), and then received the same email again a few days later (I confirmed again). After waiting a period of time, I emailed that POC once more to make sure my previous email was received (they confirmed it was). Also, were you emailed this form, or was it sent to you a different way? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Edited by user Saturday, January 30, 2021 9:12:21 PM(UTC)

Same thing is happening to me, except I interviewed back in December and got a CJO. Originally Posted by: miller Hi everyone! So I never actually applied for the 2020 Collegiate Hiring Initiative. I received an email to interview two weeks ago. This week I got a CJO for Clarksburg. I am just wondering if the CJO should actually give any real information about the job and position. Did you guys have any detail in your CJOs or will the details come later?

I am also CHI, and already know where i am going (NYC) , it was mentioned in my CJO. (Yeah, it odd for CHI, right). I suggest to reach the PoC to see if they can connect with candidates assigned to same FO? My guess, What are your preferences? Best of Luck, Why is it odd for the CJO to have your FO location be listed? Unless you are doing IA or SA you normally will know what office you are going to when you accept your offer.

HR did inform me that I passed my poly Unsure which FO Thanks for sharing. It looks like you are ahead in the game. Expect the BI process to take about 5-8 months. Some CHI including me, got FO (field office) during the Conditional offer (CJO). And I hope NYC remains the same for final offer too for me 🤔. What job position did you apply/selected for? TIA, I’m hoping BI goes quicker than that but waiting is fine. CJO says Huntsville, Clarksburg, or DC. I figured that was generic. Was hoping for Atlanta although wouldn’t mind a change of scenery. I applied for Auditor.

HR did inform me that I passed my poly Unsure which FO Hi there! Our timelines are pretty similar, except I just took my poly, drug test, and completed fingerprinting yesterday. How soon did you hear back from HR in regard to you passing your poly? Also, did the examiner give you any insight on how you did after you finished?

Hey everyone! I had my interview in Jan 2021 received my feedback the next day and a CJO the day after. I accepted it the same day and received all my info the day after. Had my security interview and drug test 2 weeks later. Poly end of February that was inconclusive. 2nd poly was in March, I was also told it was inconclusive and I would have to re-test. Here it is 3 weeks after, I have not been notified of a new date and not received a letter.

My references have recently been contacted and former employers. I'm actually nervous though because I decided to pursue my masters before this whole process even started, and I won't graduate until December. I think the cutoff for CHI 2021 is June. On top of that I recently accepted a promotion at my current job. I'm now hoping that the BI process takes 8 months (wishful thinking). I'd hate to have to reapply for CHI 2022 but I'm willing :/

Hey there! My only uodate is that I passed my polygraph and my faculty and staff from both undergrad and grad have been contacted. Not sure what's next or how long the remainder of the BI could take, but with graduation in 2 weeks, I am hoping I'll have an FJO by the end of the summer! If you don't mind me asking, what was the timeframe between passing your poly and the start of an investigator contacting people?

An investigator reached out to me a week after I found out that I passed my polygraph. They requested contact information for undergrad and grad, but I am not sure when they will begin contacting my previous employers/family/friends/etc. Originally Posted by: FederalDreams Originally Posted by: Bikerrr Hey there! Does anyone know if your current employer being contacted is sort of the last step in BI?
