Sworn statements have been taken( 5 Months in the process) . I was out on leave due to a qualifying disability (Crohn's/PTSD) I contacted my Supervisor for the phone Number for the Employment Assistant Program and a few day later I got a letter in the mail stating I"ll be terminated on the day my leave requested ended .Reason for termination was for disciplinary issues. But when asked for any counseling or Performance reviews they have none. Because I was never told of anything until I got this letter .
