I’ve been seeing a pain management doctor for the past 2 years and having new issues with my foot injury. When I called to make an appt with my foot doctor I was told they don’t take new patients under workers comp-since I haven’t been seen there in over 3 months I’m considered a new patient!! This doctor has done 2 of my surgeries and understands my history. Would anyone recommend me using my own insurance? Or any other suggestion? Thank you!!

I think in most cases use of your own insurance can be insurance fraud, tread softly!

I don’t want to do anything that might get me in trouble. I’m just having a terrible time finding a doctor that accepts WC. Thanks for your help.
