our installation has not produced the otdl list for the last 2 quarters, According to the cba they should have put out a list 2 weeks before every quarter. What are the
implications for union rights if they dont put out a list. can you verbally state that you want to be on the list and it should be binding. I know they dont do it to control
overtime but like to know what happens to the postal employee involved , Apwu union here
