I had a case that was remanded by the OFO for investigation. Compliance and control Division sent me a letter stating ....... "This notice is to inform you that the Commission will monitor the agency’s compliance with this case." Well, I don't know what happened but compliance closed my case after I received the second FAD from the agency, and the closure letter did not detail my rights (what to do next). So, I in turn went to the EEOC portal to file an appeal (I thought through OFO) and it stated that my case was referred to ADR.
It seems like the process is starting over? I have already received 2 FAD's and that went to OFO. I tried to contact the District offices for the cases because there is a jurisdiction error on my case (the wrong District was uploaded on EEO public portal) in addition to the fact that my case should be with OFO. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do. I already emailed the person who is on the Compliance letter. All my documents are uploaded on the EEO portal under the compliance number.
