I know most of your posts deal with your OWCP claim. What type of lawyer provided by your liability insurance works with OPM D.R.? It is best to forward your final medical narrative and or reports to OPM directly. The fewer medical records you submit would be best

You're not required to submit all medical records... but you do want to submit enough to substantiate your claim.

You also don't have to give your Agency any medical records; you can provide that directly to OPM.

Several options really... fax, mail, email, etc. I would include all materials with your submission like your application when you submit it. Make sure you receive proof of receipt. If a medical specialist is already assigned to your case, you can send it for their attention specifically.

I'll give you the address to forward your records, which can be done when you get your CSA#. Did you file for SSDI already, a receipt is the only thing you need to provide? Don't you have that transition lawyer which I'm not sure would be your OPM D.R. advocate, so realize you are going to be all alone in this. Considering what you have posted about mental health issues, obtaining an OPM D.R. attorney is highly advised. Physical health issues like headaches or anything else that possibly exacerbate your health problems could and should be included in your claim

I realized OPM took down a lot of this information from the website, and it seems they prefer to be contacted via an online inquiry first. They now appear to claim they do not have a main fax number. If you wish to submit an online help request, use the link above.

That's OPM for you. I'm sure if you call back and speak with another OPM rep you'll get a different story... it's best to call regularly and not rely too much on what one rep tells you. For me, it's somewhat easy to tell when a rep knows what they're talking about by their responses. Case in point, I have been told that OPM reps cannot disclose whether you've been approved or not; you have to receive OPM's decision via postal mail.

Congratulations! Whatever you miss will be paid, and don't count on that OPM 'paycheck' right away. While I know very little about OWCP, OPM works at a snails pace. Were you getting paid anything on OWCP? 75% non taxed income in theory sounds so much better that 40% taxed!
