Got a quick question just to calm my nerves a little bit. If I already have a SF 85 granted a couple years ago and nothing has change except my credit score which went up since then and one collection account. Would it be extremely hard to be cleared the SF 85P approved? I know be honest about everything, just really nervous.

I know there's other forums out there but they're about 8-12 years old.

I got a TO for a pathways program with a different agency, but currently work at the VA.

Every background investigation creates an opportunity for information to be developed. Also, it is not the form that drives the investigation depth but the risk level (Tier type).

IF the only issue is one financial account, normally this is only a speed bump and you should pass your Public Trust investigation.
*DISCLAIMER*Correctly filling out your security forms will not guarantee you a clearance in 3 months BUT be sloppy and your case will be in the field a heck of a lot longer, guaranteed.
