My spouse and I both were Federal Employees and retired in 2013. At that point in time and the previous 20 years we always maintained a FEHB plan that was Self+One or Self+Family. My spouse always being the +one or in the +family category. My question is whether she is able now to go on her own Self plan. In many cases 2 Self plan premiums are cheaper than a single Self+One or Self+Family.
