I am currently enrolled in a government-sponsored academic program full time. When I began this process I was told I’d likely have to sign a continuing service agreement (CSA). I am half way through the program and my home agency never issued me a standard CSA form with the stated terms, made me sign any documents such as a SF-182, or made any mention about a CSA beyond it being vaguely mentioned at the start of the program.
Per OPM, an employee must SIGN a CSA before a program can begin. Essentially, what I want to ask is am I free to do whatever following the program?
