what is the percent of cola that new career carriers get? if only the higher up guys get the full cola what do you get from step AA through or how can I calculate it?

In other words, everyone is getting the same percentage raise.
If your salary is half of what the top step is making, your cola raise will be half as much money.

Go to the pay scale chart and below your hourly rate read the percentage listed. That’s % you get from the full cola amount.
