Is there anybody on this forum who knows anything about working for the HUD OIG? information on the culture/work/promotion?

They are really focus on making sure that workers have everything they need to succeed. The hiring is proof of that along with the stoppage of closing or consolidating offices. We cannot do the much needed work for this nation if we do not have enough workers to do it. There is a current push to expanded 4-days per week telework, remote work, and mobile work. Right now we are on max telework (5 days) but once we go back we will have up to 3 days telework if the other measures doesn't pass. Promotion is based off your end of year Performance Evaluation along with open promotions opportunities.
