Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any experience in a situation like mine.
So, brief back story; I was working for the Air Force as an ART for over 10 years, then I accepted a position with DCMA. I was there for almost 4 years then I was given an opportunity to come back as a supervisor to the ART world. So I did. Catch is, it was initially a temp hire NTE one year. During that time I was DHA'ed into what would be my permanent position. I accepted the offer, and was given a start date. While approaching my start date, the AFRC "Strategic hiring pause" was put into place. So I was told my offer was no longer valid. This is a problem for me because my unit is no longer willing to give me orders, and I have no other means of income. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
