The training probably be a mix between 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, I’m not entirely sure. I was a December 2021 hire and all of our training was done home. But now since Covid restriction lifted we are teleworking for 3 and 2 days at home until we reach our 1 year probation.

Depends on POD and manager discretion.

We are 4x1. Field work day counts as our 1. They're also reopening onsite phase training.

Has anyone who applied/tested earlier been referred?

I suspect that it’ll be a hiring in the traditional sense where trainees will be required to report to the office daily. We have returned to pre-pandemic ops. Office time, field visit and in person training.
